One Child’s Wish

Wish that every country gives me a hope, sense of belonging, and safety.
Awakens me with sense of dignity and self-worth.
Sees me in the lens of a human being than a failed country.
Heals me as if I finally found my place of belonging on the planet.
Embraces me just who I am and forget the loud voices of media streams.
Does not define my character just by looking at me, or my culture.
